Who knows what this is?
1 point for the make & model and year; another point if you can name the Builder and supply proof!

really nobody knows? what is Alfa Romeo - no doubt. this photo from the album and signed as "1948. L'Alfa Romeo al parco Sempione di Milano". but the views of experts and owners of vintage Alfa Romeo divided. some believe that this car is built on the 6s2500, others - 1900 (If built on the chassis 1900 series - it is 1950 or later year). car body with the same problem - the probable authors of body design called Boneschi, Balbo, Savio, Monviso....
mysterious car  :)

That's the car.  The photo is purportedly dated 1948 so that means 6C2500.
Apparently the dickey-seat makes it pretty unique.
I wouldn't like to have been sitting there if the car was rear-ended..
i wouldn't like to have been sitting there if this car rear-ended someone else either, and get launched into space!
Maybe someone else knows something? als15?
