Moskvitch 400-424 - a one-off coupe made in 1951 on the basis of Moskvitch 400 sedan.

Well, my source claims it to be a 403-424, but I think you´ve deserved this point in any case.

There were two cars, both seen on this photo ;) One of them has apparently become http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=12631.0 in 1954.

As for the name, most often you can see '403E-424E Coupe' (Москвич 403Э-424Э Купе), although I've also seen E403-424 etc.

Oh, and seems you mean 'self-made' by 'one-off conversion', but this was a factory-prepared car.

But doesn´t "one-off" just mean that there is only one sole car?

So I think you may call every car that has been built in only one copy can be called a one-off?
