Exactly - and those are the only two images I've seen of the car.
The puzzle car is the hard top version.
Bodyshells were produced in open and closed versions for fitting on Ford chassis in the 1950s.

Darn it, too slow again! It is worth adding though that Weslite was the model name with the car being made by Westpole Motors in Palmers Green, North London.

I guess it should be treated as the model name as Weslite appears in quotes in the advertisement.

If anyone has any better photos of these cars, they are most welcome to post them here.

In the meantime I have enlarged the open model from the ad - see below
