Yep. That's the one ;D

Liuji Disha or Liuzhou Disai (as I have it). Made by Liuzhou Machinery Works sometime in the late 80's to early 90's. Model designation Disai LJ720. Has a 2-cylinder engine. Body made of polyester.

I see that the source where you took this pictures from uses past tense, but the company very much exists today as part of the Wuling Group
