Okay we've established that is an Italdesign Capsula from 1982.
I'm moving it up to the Experts to tell me what make it was designed for.

It had Alfasud engine and running gear.
The idea was to build a platform that could have different bodies according to different market conditions.
It had all sort of innovations like swivelling seats, but its main purpose was flexibility.  It could be an MPV, a pickup truck, a minibus, a van - whatever the body-maker fancied!
