A little background to this unusual name -

Late in 1924 Sir William Morris bought the Le Mans factory of Leon Bollee.
The factory then changed from producing a wide range of conservative French fours to offering thinly-disguised products from the Morris range at Cowley, Oxford.
The idea for this was to breach French tarriffs from the inside.
The first Morris Leon-Bollee was the 12CV 2.5 litre saloon. Engine was made by Hotchkiss and the chassis and body were also constructed in France. Other models produced were the 15CV and 18CV.
Although at one time 50 12CVs were being turned out weekly, the enterprise was not a success and it was discontinued during the Depression in 1931.
A new syndicate was formed in September 1931 to continue with the same range marketed under the Leon-Bolle name. This lasted for less than two years and few cars were made.

I believe the puzzle car is the 4 cyl. push-rod overhead valve 12CV model fitted with a four-speed gearbox.
