It looks like a Fiberfab Aztec...I'll check it.
Was it found in Alabama?

No, it is within 2.5 hours of me. It does look similar to a fiberfab aztec or maybe a kellison astra?

I'll bet on a Fiberfab.
About the location...is it relevant for the puzzle?

I will give you a point & agree that it is a Fiberfab Aztec. The relevence of where it is located..has to do with the car being within easy range of me..if I can get my Invader GT tuned up to make it. This car is purportedly abandoned..might just have to snag it..as Fiberfab cars are a cult classic & worth a little money if restored, though it looks like a tough project.

The body seems to be in order...and of course you have all it takes for the project.
Are you sure there's no owner around? You are a lucky guy!

Found it...cool pictures.
I guess the location is York, then...but 1 point for this puzzle is enough, expecially once you gave away the solution  ;)

Seems these cars are generally referred to as Aztec GT2, to distinguish them from the more common Aztec:
