I have it as a Antony Grand Prix 1922-24. If not open to all.
I've found it in a Webpage celebrating Centennaire of De Dion Bouton. I guess is related to.

It is an Antony 1500 with a Ruby-CIME engine, built in Douai. I don't think there is a De Dion-Bouton connection.
