I think It is a car built in Argentina between 1967 and 1971 by Crespi and named Tulia GT or Tulia GT 380.

Some details about the Tulia GT.
It was equiped with the 6 cil engine, Kaiser Tornado Jet 230 and a displacement of 3778 cm3 to give 115.5 kW/155 hp power. RWD (rear-wheel drive) and manual 4-speed gearbox. Official base curb weight 1190 kg / 2623 lbs. The performance declared by factory was: top speed 200 km/h (124 mph) accelerations 0- 60 mph 8.7 s.
