Is it an accessory supplier?  The car is a '42-45 Buick.  This top looks like it would fit most GM convertibles of the era.  They may have also made the fancy side trim bits and the swoopy mirrors.

Let's say it's a "Coach Corporation" Locked for you until your next reply!

Now that we know it's a Buick :

Don't lock for me.  I don't have much chance of figuring this one out.

That's a weird one.  At first, I thought it was a '42 Special, but now that it's whole, you can see it has a '47/8 Special grille.  I'm going to guess the car was once a '47 or '48 Special 2-door Sedanet, but I have no idea who turned it into a roadster!

How about a funeral car builder like S&S Hess & Isenhardt?
Actually Flxible was more known for using Buick based funeral coaches.

I must say the lines in the windshield/roof area really are not all that well done.
Makers of hearses and ambulances usually had a better eye for proportions than this car!

The maker is known as the Bayliff Coach Corporation, Lima, OH.

An even longer name refering to their "Packards" is shown at the plate of the pictured car:
