It seems somebody knows the car. By the way, you might consider this a tip: I got the picture from the builder. Having said that, I do contact builders around the world...

Frantasia built by Frans van Dijk on a VW beetle chassis and a 1500 CC VW engine

Just checked the license plate at the rdw-site. I'm afraid it doesn't exist anymore (at least the license doesn't; maybe sold abroad?).

That info is known. I don't know if it got a new plate, if it was sold abroad, or if it was scrapped.
