I think this is the I.A.D. Hunter from 1988.
IAD was an independent Design Studio based in Worthing on the south coast of England, the Hunter, was based on the Ford Sierra XR 4x4 chassis. It had a navigational system and a telephone. It had moulded seats upholstered in weatherproof materials. The interior panels were finished in a rubberized waterproof paint.
