I guess the bumper was originally on a Fiat 128... Is it something Italian?

guido66

Please ignore the bumper and the blinds in the side panel, it came without these originally ;)

It's not from Italy

guido66

Not from there, either

pnegyesi

It looks like a van version of the SMZ  minicar from Soviet Union

On the first look I thought it might be an old Primus P20 Strassenzugmaschine (normally more a tractor with a cabin) with a kind of delivery van bodywork (built in the 1930´s by Primus Traktoren-Gesellschaft Johannes Köhler & Co. K.G. in Berlin).

But now I think it could also be an "Elektro-Lieferwagen"-Hauber by the swiss manufacturer Oehler-Aarau

guido66

Grobmotorix said some things right...  :)

grobmotorix

So it is electric, and it is swiss?

pnegyesi

Let me dig a deep hole and bury myself  :bag:

I mistook an SMZ for a Swiss electric van  :-[

Yes, on both accounts  ;)

I do not have any pictorial proof, but I think I remember that I´ve read somewhere that Ohler and Tribelhorn had merged their electric vehicle branches in the 1930´s.

So maybe this was badged as a Tribelhorn Elektrolieferwagen?

guido66

Not a Tribelhorn

pnegyesi

It is a known Swiss manufacturer of commercial vehicles?

guido66

pnegyesi

pnegyesi

guido66

No, not that either.

The manufacturer is much better known for another product.

pnegyesi

you mean another type of vehicle?

guido66

No, not a vehicle
