Cars with wings were more prolific than I might have guessed. I don't know much about this one, other than its (apparent) base, its intended purpose, and the country where the modifications were done.

I remember I saw this one in a Popular Magazine...it was a simulator vehicle for new pilots.

I need to narrow down the field...was this magazine a scientific one or about mechanicals?
BTW: Pirelli wheels...was it modified in Italy?

I can go only by the wheel covers (which I've doctored in the picture). Not an Italian brand.
