NSU-Fiat Pully ; Fiat 500-engined. The prototype was introduced in 1964

If not NSU-Fiat, it must be Neckar Pully.

Yes, it is the Neckar Pully. Only 5 prototypes with Fiat 500 engine were built, although the brochures were already printed.
