Hmmm, it very much looks like a Frazer-Nash LeMans Replica. I understand that there were "replicas" of the Replica being built.
E.g. Crosthwaite & Gardiner produced some. Maybe this is one of them.

This is how the car looked like in 1953, when owned by the Alkmaar cheese merchant Bos-Eyssen, who managed to get a license plate for it, so it could be used on open road.

Cotura means "Cor van der Tuyn Racing" and my understanding is that more then one was constructed.
