thanks for posting this lovely picture of DB2, the second car to be built by Charles Deutsch and Rene Bonnet in the late thirties. The car was almost finished in '39 and was built for Charles Deutsch. The DB 1 –an open version was built for the taller Bonnet who actually raced it. This car was rapidly sold but never collected by the new owner. In '46 it was still in Champigny sur Marne at the DB/Epaf workshop where it gat a transformation into a spider with a 'vutotal' style front window. The car has exquisite lines and has been restored and is in Switzerland...
