It has a tubular chassis. I´m not sure but it might be an AWD or just front driven?

Maybe an "FWD"

I believe the front wheels pull it. Not a product of the FWD brand.

It´s "The Modern War Horse", a converted farm tractor, used in Chicago in campaigning for army enlistments for WW 1:

Nicely done - you've answered half of the puzzle's challenge. Now, who built it?

My only source is a book scan that does not mention any make or year.

The companies that come to my mind are International/IHS or maybe Christie, but I´m not too optimistic with that guess... :-\

If they worked for this manufacturer, I didn't know that. Looking for the name of the company. If you can validate the Dodge connection, another point is yours
