Looks a bit like a Bedford CF van,although I suspect it cannot be that easy.

Back end looks a bit like a mk 1 Ford Transit so is this one of the early prototypes for project Redcap?

Interesting question. It is a Ford, but I'm not sure if this was actually part of Redcap. It's possible it just pre-dates that. It's not called a 'Transit' that's for sure.... If you can tell me the model name of this then you will get the point! Should be easy now, LOCKED for you
