That's a Speedex "Silverstone" body, designed to fit an Austin Seven chassis and based on the 750 Formula cars of Team Sigma and Mike Featherstonehague.  The stock and moulds were later sold to Cambridge Engineering.  It looks like the car featured in the advertisments of both companies.
Like any car assembled from proprietary components it could be named whatever the builder wished.

The particular car in this photo is NOT yet a Speedex Silverstone.

I believe I have it in order:
What is it - A racing body that was to become the prototype for the Speedex Silverstone

Yes, you're right this is the first car built by 'Team Sigma'. I think his name is Mike Featherston Haugh though, not Featherstonhaugh, and it dates from 1958.
The car does actually have an official name though, so it's LOCKED for Tackitt to come up with it
