Han van der Blij in his car. He also built this car, it was his first car. Maybe it's called HVB but i think it is called: Van der Blij . BMW based?

That's exactly right.
I believe it was based on a Steyr chassis and had a Fiat 500 engine fitted.
Although I don't think it was named as such, I had it as an HVB to follow in line with the other cars, single-seaters, that he built later.
So another well-earned point for you.
