I think it's a Holden Torana. I remember the tent shown in their advertising about 1976.

Right! supposedly it turned the Torana into an all-purpose camping car..... not sure how comfrotable I'd be sleeping in that though!

AMC offered a similar option on the Hornet Hatchback. I thought it was a neat idea at the time.
