Automotive in nature but not strictly an 'autopuzzle' - just tell me what is happening in this photo, where it is and when it is taking place - easy!

Sweden, Stockholm, I assume, changeover day from driving on the left to driving on the right, somewhere like 1966?

That is what it is, yes, but it has a 'proper' name, and I need an exact date please (it wasn't 1966, but close). Locked for you to complete the answer

Dagen H (H day), today mostly called "Högertrafikomläggningen" ("The right-hand traffic diversion"), was the day, 3 September 1967, on which traffic in Sweden switched from driving on the left-hand side of the road to the right. The "H" stands for "Högertrafik", the Swedish word for "right-hand traffic".

And popular Swedish mythology says that the original plan was to stagger the move, with all cars moving over one weekend then buses and heavy goods vehicles switching over on the next weekend...

Someone pointed out there was a slight flaw in that plan, however, and H-Day was born!
