It's a Dutch Darrin designed possible future Packard that never made the cut back when the business was on the rocks in the mid 50s...too bad!  Kind of a cool car...

Well spotted.

I've got it tagged as "Dutch Darrin Packard Sports Tourer Mock-up", but I believe "Sports Tourer" is generic, and not the name the designer used.
