Well it looks like a Hampton radiator and, if what I found is correct, it should be a 20 h.p. 8 cylinder Sportsmans saloon of 1930 or soon after, and I want one!

It is indeed a Hampton Sportsman Saloon of 1931.
I think only a few were made before the company disappeared in 1933 but I believe one (different) survives.

According to Georgano it was a Rohr rolling chassis assembled and bodied by Hampton. Not a very bright idea during the depression, I'd say.
