I found a Dutch-sounding name, Van der Heyden related to Induco - so it was a glimmer of hope

Difficult to trawl through all the possibles for this type of car.

Van der Heyden sounds Dutch indeed, but the importer was the Atax company in Arnhem, owned by a certain Ph. Schipper.
