This is an electric prototype from the Yvelines region of France, called the AKKA Astute Car, and shown in the Pavillion Vert at the 2011 Geneva Salon.

I only managed to take one photo of this car at Geneva, which came out horribly blurred as you can see, but at least it's the actual car!
