Yes to all. Well done!

It doesn't ring any bells I'm afraid, how 'unknown' is it?  is it a manufacturer/carrozzeria or a driver?  Enrico Anselmi used to have an Elephant logo on Lancia racing cars but not this one
 ???

All I know that it is most likely Italian, as I can read Torino on the badge.
AFAIK it could be anything as I can hardly read the name and it does not ring any bells.
I enlarged the badge for a better look
