Yes!!! that is the strange name given to this home built car

It was built in 1960 from Austin Seven parts by a local enthusiast
The body was aluminium on a wooden frame and was painted in orange emulsion which surprisingly was very durable. The name painted on the bonnet was Orinjeboks.

How this enthusiast came up with this name I do not know. It ain't English is it?
It sounds like oranje which is Dutch for orange.

I think the name is derived from "orange box"
The simple children's homemade cars of my youth were termed 'soapbox' - four pram wheels and a wooden box body. Races for these cars were known as Soapbox Derbys.
The car in question, painted orange was therefore appropriately named.
