The Cooper T54 Indianapolis car being rebuilt into the BMC Aston Martin Cooper that Pedro Rodriguez failed to qualify in 1962
So, the year will be 1962 and the place is the Cooper factory
I'm not sure about the person - is it Ron Dennis?
