I am delighted to see you guys excited about this car, but don't forget rto check my former replies:
We've established that it id AMERICAN (even West Coast), so no Wimille, no Vettura.
As for Briggs, I don't remember who or what it is, but no Briggs either.
We've also established that the produced car was dated some years after the Phantom Corsair, so in the 1940's, and to me the streamline period is rather the 1930's.
Anyway, the company who made it never built another car.
The coachbuilder did, and some fine ones.
