No, it wasn't built for any show or exhibition but as a genuine proposal for a Ford model.
OK, it had a name (which I need), but it also was meant to be Ford's Something Car, following on from the Hummingbird project of 1963.

I want to call it (based on memory alone) the Ford Colt? (and add that it was a 1964 continuation of the previous year's project "Hummingbird")

It was the Ford Colt, Ford's idea of a World Car!
Shows how much Detroit execs at the time knew about what the rest of the world might want from a car...
