Yes!
Knew this one was an easy one and wouldn't last long, but I thought it was time the car featured on AP!
Actually it was shown first in 1990 and by 1994 they had a few being trialled by some volunteers with a view to commencing production in the mid 90s.  Best laid plans and all that...
