I just shoot some possibilities (breaking the Erba's rule...) but I just followed the hints, this one has been around for too long!

Actually, I agree with Paul Jaray. This one has been around for too long.

It was put up for sale on eBay in June, 2008 as a Stinger Mk 2. PJ did in fact guess Stinger, so he gets a couple of points for that.

So, another puzzle laid to rest - only the Swede in #484 remaining!

According to the Beaulieu Encyclopedia:

STINGER (GB) 1994-1996
Tony Bradwell, Stratford-on-Avon, Warwickshire

The stinger was a sports 3-wheeler mating a BMW motorbike rear end with the front end of the Sylva Striker kit car.
