I just stumbled across this photo in an old book, and I don't think it has appeared here before.

So this may be an easy point - who knows? Can you give the name of this car and the year for a point? Any other details would of course be welcome.

Yes indeed, the Pininfarina Sigma Safety Car prototype shown at Turin in 1963. As far as I know it was just a full-size mock-up, and was never a road-going car. I wonder if those qualify as "suicide" safety doors?
