I've got this one down as a Paddle prototype from 1960 intended to replace the PD33 model but the brand didn't last long enough.

Yes, this is the Paddle made by Mitaka Fuji Industry - one of the members of the Fuji Heavy Industries group, which went on to produce Subaru cars.

FYI here's the 1959 Paddle PD33
