This car did not have a name. But for a point I need at least the country, the province and the year, when it was built.

And the weirdest thing happened to me: I found this very same picture at two totally unrelated site with two totally different captions. So I will accept two solutions: one, a car made in Australia or two: a car which was made somewhere else

In 1905 circa, in New South Wales, H.I. Clements build himself a 'special' like this, but quite different in some details.

well, the place where I found this picture only says New South Wales and cca 1905 - so you get the point.
Somewhere else this car is being referred to as a CGV prototype!
