I think he called it Dragon, everybody else that saw it called it Ugly....

Basis was a very rare Lincoln Convertible.

My source reports that was based on a '40 Mercury Convertible Sedan and was also nicknamed MaRatta's Mistery...and yes, it can't pass for a Pininfarina design...

GTR 9 - That´s a 1954 MG Lester but this one is a Special Coupe...the others are open bodied cars?
GTR17-That´s a Jaeger but this one is a the prototype.
GTR 21 - The only other Harpia ( Number 1 ) Harpia II and III are solved puzzles.

I do not have a name for that and I thought it was a Spohn too...but probably it's not....more details are required about this car... I have an idea about it, supported by what I found with the pic...
