Remember that the animal-named vehicle is the hovercraft, and not this car. Once you found the hovercraft, in 10seconds you'll find this.

My comments about the sad existence of this little beasts togheter with the hint to the human responsability for such condition, togheter with the fact that is indeed a sort of mouse\rat (at least I think, since I don't know animals that good) should make the answer few inches away, now...
