I doubt that this work was done by a couturier because besides the canework cladding, the C-piller, rear door and even the roof (at least it looks like it) are modified.
The name is quite known...and it's not a couturier.

This Corvair was made for Loewy's wife personal use. My source didn't report the Pichon-Parat connection, but given the fact that the BMW and the Cadillac were built by P-P it make sense...well done!
