Late 30's, the Pulcino was from 1948.

This is not easy.
I've been able to find the 2nd pic in a well known source, but without a name. The 1st pic cames from a magazine (but can be found in at least 2 different ones).
The name of this car is close to the name of another italian microcar that I posted before, and the 2 cars shares also another special feature, given by the name itself.
The previous quiz car was made by a well known coachbuilder, was not based on other cars and was quite unusual according to his standard production.

Nope, this is the product of a single man, built during the war and intended for a production.
The man's name is quite hard (if you don't know him) but the car's name is similar to another microcar I posted before that shares with this a very particular feature...read my previous clue and you'll find it...
