That's the name!
I found this pic in a magazine, where it was called Roquet.
I believe it's the same man (Charles Rouquet) that was also involved in the Cyclauto, but this one was from 1913, so it should be one of his early vehicles.
Was it that hard, after all?  ;D
Finally I can put this one to rest...and another point to a real detective!
