Gonna be British, judging by the flag on its body?

Was it built by Bill Carter?

If not him, perhaps the builders were - um - inspired by his eponymous beverage.

Somehow it looks like a fake record car. It hasn't appropriate wheels and the jets seem to be non-functional. Am I wrong?

All I have is a name, a year, a place and the builders... the place where I found this features hot-rods, customs and cars like that.

There is a big logo on this car, that is the same than another very known brand...and this car share its name to that logo.
1 point for the logo-name and another for the builders' names.

This car is named after its logo (can't tell what is it, because it's like saying 'prancing horse'...)
I have the name of the builders, then.

Post Christmas clue:
This logo the car is named after is not 'Prancing horse' but not very far from that...

Giveaway week:
Think of a logo, very famous, one word, like Cobra, that can be used to describe this ..thing.
(that logo has not the same name than the company it represents)

Good guess, but no...the actual manufacturer that uses this logo is back again, and actually some of its models were called after its logo....

Not Griffin.
This car is British.
It is named after 'something'....
This something is also a big logo on this very car (that I cut away).
This logo is like "Cobra", a single name expressing 'dangerous' power.
This logo is also the logo of a very well known manufacturer.
This very well known manufacturer is not named after this logo.
This very well known manufacturer is not British.
This very well known manufaturer is now back in action.
This very well know manufacturer had some models named after its logo.
