This french man worked for a well know company, not in the car-business, but not so far.

This is the project of a man, pilot and constructor, who is connected to a well known brand.
This brand is not a motorcycle constructor, but absolutely close to them.
There are few sites about this brand, and there you'll find this project car.
This brand and this pilot is closely connected with a famous race.

Not exhausts...that can't be present on a bicycle.
But why there should be exhausts?

Sorry if I'm not clear.
You are right, they can't be bicycles and your next guess was a solid one.
I don't want you to go through the whole catalog of parts accessoires, that's why I was pointing to the right direction...let's say it should be the main part of the vehicle.

and here's the previous confusing reply...no need to have an exhaust on a bicycle, cause a bicycle has no-engine.
This man can be found in the few official sites of a well know engine manufacturer...(actually some microcars were equipped with those engines).

Still some open questions: (maybe I'm a little dumb today...)
This close related French  brand made engines for motorcycles?
They built engines under their own name or do they mainly modified/tuned engines?
This company is associated to a famous race?

I've found only two well known French motorbike companies... they had been already mentioned

I know very little about motorbykes, that's why my clues may be imprecise.

#1: Yes
#2: Under their (well known) name
#3: Each time I google this name it shows up together with the name of a famous race.

You found well known motorbyke companies...this is an engine company.
