Now I see it looks a lot like  Laska/Merkuriy Soviet DIY car (there were several of them, seemingly every car with its own name). Engine should have been taken from VAZ 2103. One of the cars was electric, but it's yellow, it's in Moscow and it has a different front end.

Vladimir Ivanovich Mishchenko built this car which is called "Mercury" (when you let the russian text run through babelfish...)

The text says:

We present to your attention one additional automobile of Soviet epoch [Samavto] - mercury. This automobile just as the automobile of the design of brothers [Shcherbininykh] (" [Satana]" , in the version [YU].. Of [algebraistova] - " [YuNA]") it was created in several copies. Are today known only two - this now electromobile is the proton, which once belonged to sculptor Ivan (surname for us explained could not be) and strictly mercury.

so maybe you can call it Samavto or Samauto Mercury?

I´ve got another car that might stand in some relation to the Laska/Mercury, maybe anybody knows something about it?

'Samavto' is a phrase which stood for 'Self built car'.
That car on your photos - I've seen it, but I'm not able to tell you now whether I know what it is or not. All I can say is that I'm 99% sure it's not related to Laska/Merkuriy/Proton family.

Thank you!
I was really tired of this one!
The place where I found these pics, calls it "Viko" from Georgia.
A point for you too!
(faksta, I can't remember if I already gave you one, but since I did not wrote that, I suppose I didn't)
