I think this is the Borbet barchetta, a concept vehicle intended to showcase the alloy wheels made by the German wheel brand Borbet.  The car was more commonly coloured yellow and shown at various European motor shows in the 1990s.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.

I think that the 24 hours is up!! It's the Borbet B1 Cup Concept. If I'm correct before the deadline then I'll be happy to give the point to Djetset.

Borbet B1 Cup Concept is correct, and BTW it seems that Pollmann was involved in this studio too.
1 point for you.

Darn it, was away for a couple of days, so too late now to say it was the B1, designed by Pol lman.  Some you win, some you lose.. :-\
