An old and hard one this time.

Make of the base and name of the coachbuilder are enough for one point. The exact model would eventually worth a second point.

So, two little clues: the base is very well known and also the name of the coachbuilder is not obscure, only it's known for having done something very different in another period and with another car brand...

I think larger... six-cylinder on my opinion, but unfortunately the caption only says "Fiat".
However, Fiat-base is the first half of the answer.

A second point is for who would be able in finding any evidence if it's a 510 (I think so) or a 505.

Now, let's guess the coachbuilder!

I was looking at a D'Ieteren Nagant Tourer, when I decided that it looked like the car from this puzzle !

D'Ieteren took out patents from Gustave Baehr to make all-weather tourer bodies which, when raised, were said to be as snug as a saloon. They applied these bodies to Fiat, but also Lancia, Minerva, Delahaye and Voisin.
