This is a prototype of a Mini-based GRP car built by Marcos in 1969, under the direction of BLMC, for a proposed new car to be built in Israel by Autocars. After 4 prototypes were built, the project was cancelled and BLMC sold it's stake in Autocars to Rom Carmel.

Yes, that's technically right.
4 prototypes were built on the Mini Estate platform, which is why it got that heading.
Only 3 of them were actually estate cars with the puzzle car being the 4th, a hatchback.
The hatchback design was apparently sold on to a firm in America who made an electric-engined variant of it.
