As I've never heard of any Magda Special it can't be one of those.

Edit: Ah, now I know which car you mean, but anyway: it isn't a Magda

Coincidentally I saw it at the Techno Classica this year, but didn't match it to that wind shielded barchetta like shown in the first pic.

"This is may be the Fiat 1100 realized in 1948 by Giannini for the Italian driver Da Rolt who raced the coppa delle Dolomiti in 1949 and 1950.
The front suspension is typical Giannini's.
There are also 2 pictures of a similar Giannini in the book about the 'Coppa delle Dolomiti',  pages 49 and 78, for the 1955 edition.
It was later equipped with a BMW 750 motorcycle engine still there today.

In 1978, it was found in Tchecoslovaquie by brothers Michel d'Avignon.
This car was then converted for daily use. "
