Was a coachbuilder/designer involved, or was it all done within Bentley?

I've never seen it attributed to any coachbuilder/design house so I think it must have been 100% Bentley's own effort.  In fact they built 6 of them (the Sultan never did things singly) and this one was used in the UK by Prince Jefri, at the time he was spending $1 million per day...  He's now been reined in and I don't think the Sultan is anything like as profligate with his cars as he used to be.  Or perhaps he just ran out of space in his garage, as there must have been thousands of cars in it...!
